1. Acceptance

By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. No medical advice

Verdant provides general nutrition and fitness information. It is not medical, dietetic, or psychological advice. Consult a qualified professional before changing your diet, training, or supplements, especially if you have a medical condition or are pregnant.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer the service, abuse our AI features, scrape data, upload content that isn't yours, or use Verdant to harm others.

5. Subscriptions and refunds

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from Settings. Refunds are at our discretion.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & Security. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verdant is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Verdant is incorporated. Disputes are resolved in those courts.
